Ten20 EEG paste is the perfect balance of conductivity and adhesiveness for non-disposable electrodiagnostic electrodes. It can be applied to reduce skin resistance and improve signals during EEG, evoked-potential procedures, ENG examinations, brain mapping, MSLT, and neurofeedback.
Soderberg electrode paste is also known as Anode Paste and Self-baking Electrode Paste. It is a mixture of carbon-based materials used to produce continuous self-baking electrodes in electric furnaces. It is fed to the furnace column as cylinders or in briquette form. It is produced from anthracite gas-or electrically calcined at the Gorlovskoye deposit, artificial graphite or coal pitch.
The material is baked and oxidized as it falls into the furnace charge. The electrode is baked to form a carbon-based solid coating which improves the electrode's mechanical strength while maintaining its desired conductivity. After baking, it is withdrawn from the electric smelting furnace to be used as an anode in the subsequent smelting process to produce ferromanganese, silico-magnese, silicon, ferronickel, chromium and calcium carbide. Soderberg paste for electrodes optimizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the smelting process. This ensures the best possible product quality for our customers.
