Comparing the ordinary calcium metal cored wire with pure calcium cored, it has a higher calcium content. It also produces a more effective metallurgical result. High-purity wire is composed of an aluminum or steel tube with a calcium sheath.

This core provides consistency and reliability to ensure that your calcium-based feed process is successful. The cored feed wire must be fed properly in order to avoid smelting problems, like the formation long strips and inclusions of sulfide. These sulfide additions not only are difficult to remove, but they also damage the equipment.

When compared to the conventional calcium feed, the pure calcium cored wire has an improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In comparison to the conventional calcium feed, the pure calcium cored cable has an improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Moreover, the pure calcium cored wire has a higher absorption rate of the slag, which is important to ensure proper deoxidation and desulfurization in the steelmaking process.

Purified calcium wires are primarily designed to enhance the continuous casting of aluminum-killed, molten molten iron steel and reduce nozzle obstruction problems. They also increase the amount of castable molten iron steel. The wire is used to deoxidize, desulfurize, and change the quantity and shape of the inclusions within the molten metal.

The rebar is made from a composite metal alloy with a cold-rolled strip of low carbon steel and an inner core of solid metal calcium. Cored wire is another name for it. It's used in steel-making and smelting to transport various additives, such as deoxidizers, desulfurizers, modifiers, and alloys.
