In the present work, a carbon-based paste was prepared with 0.4g of CB mixed with paraffin oil and ground into a fine powder. The mixture was then mixed ruthenium dioxide hydrate (0.025g) or iridium dioxide hydrate (0.025g) to form two electrode samples. Each sample was then subjected to a series of tests, including chronopotentiometry, to characterize the electrical properties of the electrodes.
