Importance Of Brown Fused Alumina

The primary application for brown fused alumina in blast cabinets & blast chambers is as an abrasive that can be recycled. Alumina is frequently used in abrasive blasting because it contains a relatively low amount of iron. Iron contamination on the non-ferrous metallic substrate is not permitted in these works. The brown fused alumina is a fast-acting abrasive that is known for its extreme hardness and sharpness. It is suitable for removing scale, rust, and old coatings, leaving an anchoring profile before the coating is applied to the surface. In addition, it is utilized in the production of ceramic grinding wheels, in resistive applications, as well as in the polishing & grinding processes.

Applications Of Brown Fused Alumina

1.Can be utilized in refractory material, sand blaster, free grinding, resin abrasives, coated abrasives, abrasive water jet cutting, water filtration, & function filter, amongst other applications.
2.A brown fused alumina is used in the process of lapping & polishing.
3.Finishing the grinding process with high-carbon steel, high-speed steel, & chilled steel.
4.The finishing & preparation of the surface
5.the production of the mold for the precision casting
6.Spraying with a thermal gun.

What Is A Brown Corundum

Brown corundum is brown and produced by melting bauxite and coke (anthracite) as the primary raw materials in a dumped furnace at a temperature of 2300 degrees Celsius. Al2O3 and TiO2 are its primary chemical components, and it has trace amounts of SiO2, Fe2O3, and other similar elements. The microhardness scale runs from HV 1800 to 2200. Grinding metals with high tensile strength, like various types of universal steel, wrought iron, & hard bronze, is one of its many applications. It also has use in the production of cutting-edge refractory materials.

Conclusion

The brown fused alumina produced by Yue Abrasives possesses qualities such as high quality, good crystallization, resistance to corrosion, absence of explosion and cracking, and so forth. The temperature of fire resistance is more significant than 1900 degrees Celsius.
